Welcome to Kate's CAD Tips!
I've been sending these tips out to my office once a week for about three years now, and decided to start the blog as a way to put them all in one place. Who knows, maybe they'll help somebody else out there too!
Some of the tips are pretty basic, but hey, we all had to start somewhere.
Most of the tips apply to AutoCAD 2004 & up -- I'll try to note if it's only available in later versions, but no promises. And ALL the tips apply to AutoCAD LT.

I wanted to confirm whether AutoCAD LT 2009 is compatible with AutoCAD 2009?
I saw on one site that showed LT 2009 to be only compatible with AutoCAD up to 2006 and, so, could not open a 2007, 2008, or 2009 AutoCAD file. Is that true? Thnks, JCC
LT 2009 is completely compatible with AutoCAD 2009. It can open a file from any previous version of AutoCAD.
